Roland Ziegler takes over primion Business Unit Manufacturing

Stetten a.k.M. With effect from July 1, primion Technology GmbH appointed Roland Ziegler to the position Head of Business Unit Manufacturing. He reports directly to the CEO Andreas Kupka.

In the new established business area, Roland Ziegler will be responsible for order planning and merchandise management, production, assembly, logistics and quality assurance, purchasing, product management, research and development, second level support, training and partner sales.

In the past, the graduated engineer held several positions as site manager with product responsibility, e.g. for small series control units in the automotive environment. Most recently, he worked for Continental Automotive GmbH, an automotive supplier for commercial vehicles in South Germany. There he was responsible for over 600 software developers.

At primion, Roland Ziegler will develop and drive forward strategies to optimize internal processes and further strengthen competencies in the areas of access control, time recording and hazard management systems. His focus is on solutions developed in-house and the resulting brand communication in the sales process.
